20 Judah gave Hebron to Caleb, just as Moses had promised.(A) Then Caleb drove out the three sons of Anak(B) who lived there.
Benjamin’s Failure
21 At the same time the Benjaminites did not drive out the Jebusites who were living in Jerusalem. The Jebusites have lived among the Benjaminites in Jerusalem to this day.(C)

22 The house of Joseph also attacked Bethel, and the Lord was with(D) them.

20 As Moses had promised, Hebron(A) was given to Caleb, who drove from it the three sons of Anak.(B) 21 The Benjamites, however, did not drive out(C) the Jebusites, who were living in Jerusalem;(D) to this day the Jebusites live there with the Benjamites.
22 Now the tribes of Joseph(E) attacked Bethel,(F) and the Lord was with them.
