3 ¶ And after him arose Jair a Gileadite, and judged Israel two and twenty years.
4 And he had thirty sons that [a]rode on thirty asscolts, and they had thirty cities, which are called [b]Havoth Jair unto this day, and are in the land of Gilead.
5 And Jair died, and was buried in Camon.

Jair
3 He was followed by Jair(A) of Gilead, who led Israel twenty-two years. 4 He had thirty sons, who rode thirty donkeys.(B) They controlled thirty towns in Gilead, which to this day are called Havvoth Jair.[a](C) 5 When Jair(D) died, he was buried in Kamon.
