20 When the three [a]units blew the trumpets and broke the pitchers, they held the torches in their left hands and the trumpets in their right hands for blowing, and shouted, “A sword for the Lord and for Gideon!” 21 And each stood in his place around the camp; and (A)all the [b]army ran, crying out as they fled. 22 And when they blew the three hundred trumpets, the (B)Lord set the sword of one against another even throughout the entire [c]army; and the [d]army fled as far as Beth-shittah toward Zererah, as far as the edge of (C)Abel-meholah, by Tabbath.

Grasping the torches(A) in their left hands and holding in their right hands the trumpets they were to blow, they shouted, “A sword(B) for the Lord and for Gideon!” 21 While each man held his position around the camp, all the Midianites ran, crying out as they fled.(C)

22 When the three hundred trumpets sounded,(D) the Lord caused the men throughout the camp to turn on each other(E) with their swords.(F) The army fled to Beth Shittah toward Zererah as far as the border of Abel Meholah(G) near Tabbath.
