32 You and your men should come up by night and lie in wait in the fields. 33 In the morning, at sunrise, advance on the city. He and his men will come out against you, and you can do whatever you see fit to them.”
34 So Abimelech and all the men who were with him arose, and they laid in wait near Shechem during the night. They were divided into four companies.

32 Now then, during the night you and your men should come and lie in wait(A) in the fields. 33 In the morning at sunrise, advance against the city. When Gaal and his men come out against you, seize the opportunity to attack them.(B)”
34 So Abimelek and all his troops set out by night and took up concealed positions near Shechem in four companies.
