Leviticus 1:7-9
New International Reader's Version
7 The priests in Aaron’s family line must build a fire on the altar. They must place wood on the fire. 8 Then they must place the pieces of the animal on the burning wood on the altar. The pieces include the head and the fat. 9 The inside parts of the animal must be washed with water. The legs must also be washed. The priest must burn all of it on the altar. It is a burnt offering. It is a food offering. Its smell pleases the Lord.

New International Version
7 The sons of Aaron the priest are to put fire on the altar and arrange wood(A) on the fire. 8 Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat,(B) on the wood(C) that is burning on the altar. 9 You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water,(D) and the priest is to burn all of it(E) on the altar.(F) It is a burnt offering,(G) a food offering,(H) an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(I)
