29 and the rest of the oil that is in the priest’s hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make atonement for him before Jehovah. 30 And he shall offer one of the turtle-doves, or of the young pigeons, such as he is able to get, 31 even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering, with the meal-offering: and the priest shall make atonement for him that is to be cleansed before Jehovah.

29 The rest of the oil in his palm the priest shall put on the head of the one to be cleansed, to make atonement for them before the Lord.(A) 30 Then he shall sacrifice the doves or the young pigeons, such as the person can afford,(B) 31 one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering,(C) together with the grain offering. In this way the priest will make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.(D)
