Leviticus 14:30-32
New American Standard Bible
30 He shall then offer one of the turtledoves or young doves, [a]which are within his means. 31 He shall offer what [b]he can afford, (A)the one as a [c]sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, together with the grain offering. So the priest shall make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed. 32 This is the law for him in whom there is an infection of leprosy, whose [d]means are limited for his cleansing.”

Leviticus 14:30-32
New International Version
30 Then he shall sacrifice the doves or the young pigeons, such as the person can afford,(A) 31 one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering,(B) together with the grain offering. In this way the priest will make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.(C)”
32 These are the regulations for anyone who has a defiling skin disease(D) and who cannot afford the regular offerings(E) for their cleansing.
