30 He shall offer one of the turtledoves or one of the young pigeons, whichever he is able to obtain. 31 Whatever he has, one of them will be offered as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering together with the cereal offering. The priest shall make atonement before the Lord for the one who is being cleansed.
32 “This is the law for the person who has leprosy and who cannot afford the things that are needed for cleansing.”

New International Version
30 Then he shall sacrifice the doves or the young pigeons, such as the person can afford,(A) 31 one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering,(B) together with the grain offering. In this way the priest will make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.(C)”
32 These are the regulations for anyone who has a defiling skin disease(D) and who cannot afford the regular offerings(E) for their cleansing.
