He must wash his body before he puts on his special clothes. He must wear his linen robe and linen clothes next to his body. They are holy. He must tie a linen belt round his body. He must put the linen hat on his head. These clothes are holy. He must take two male goats for a sin offering. And he must take a male sheep for a burnt offering. They are a gift from Israel's people.

Aaron must offer the bull as an atonement to the Lord for himself, his family and his servants.

He is to put on the sacred linen tunic,(A) with linen undergarments next to his body; he is to tie the linen sash around him and put on the linen turban.(B) These are sacred garments;(C) so he must bathe himself with water(D) before he puts them on.(E) From the Israelite community(F) he is to take two male goats(G) for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering.
