This is so the Israelites will bring to the Lord the sacrifices(A) they have been offering in the open country. They are to bring them to the priest at the entrance to the tent of meeting and offer them as fellowship sacrifices(B) to the Lord. The priest will then splatter the blood on the Lord’s altar at the entrance to the tent of meeting and burn the fat as a pleasing aroma to the Lord. They must no longer offer their sacrifices to the goat-demons(C) that they have prostituted(D) themselves with. This will be a permanent statute(E) for them throughout their generations.

They must bring them to the priest, that is, to the Lord, at the entrance to the tent of meeting and sacrifice them as fellowship offerings.(A) The priest is to splash the blood against the altar(B) of the Lord(C) at the entrance to the tent of meeting and burn the fat as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(D) They must no longer offer any of their sacrifices to the goat idols[a](E) to whom they prostitute themselves.(F) This is to be a lasting ordinance(G) for them and for the generations to come.’(H)
