6 Then the Priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the Altar of the Lord before the door of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and burn the fat for a (A)sweet savor unto the Lord.
7 And they shall no more offer their offerings unto [a]devils, after whom they have gone a [b]whoring: this shall be an ordinance forever unto them in their generations.
8 ¶ Also thou shalt say unto them, Whosoever he be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among them, that offereth a burnt offering or sacrifice,

Leviticus 17:6-8
New International Version
6 The priest is to splash the blood against the altar(A) of the Lord(B) at the entrance to the tent of meeting and burn the fat as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(C) 7 They must no longer offer any of their sacrifices to the goat idols[a](D) to whom they prostitute themselves.(E) This is to be a lasting ordinance(F) for them and for the generations to come.’(G)
8 “Say to them: ‘Any Israelite or any foreigner residing among them who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice
