6 The priest shall dash the blood against the altar of the Lord at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and turn the fat into smoke as a pleasing odor to the Lord, 7 so that they may no longer offer their sacrifices for goat-demons, to whom they prostitute themselves. This shall be a statute forever to them throughout their generations.
8 And say to them further: Anyone of the house of Israel or of the aliens who reside among them who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,

New International Version
6 The priest is to splash the blood against the altar(A) of the Lord(B) at the entrance to the tent of meeting and burn the fat as an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(C) 7 They must no longer offer any of their sacrifices to the goat idols[a](D) to whom they prostitute themselves.(E) This is to be a lasting ordinance(F) for them and for the generations to come.’(G)
