^12 (A)And you shall not swear falsely by My name, so as to ^(B)profane the name of your God; I am Yahweh.

³ I will also set My face against that man and will cut him off from among his people because he has given some of those who are his seed to Molech, ^(A)so as to defile My sanctuary and ^(B)to profane My holy name.

⁶ They shall be holy to their God and ^(A)not profane the name of their God, for they bring near the offerings ^[a]to Yahweh by fire, ^(B)the food of their God; so they shall be holy.

²⁰ Then they came to the nations to which they came. And they ^(A)profaned My holy name because it was said of them, ‘These are the ^(B)people of Yahweh; yet they have come out of His land.’

¹² “But you are ^(A)profaning it, in that you say, ‘The table of the Lord is defiled, and as for its fruit, its food is to be despised.’
