^33 (A)“You have also heard that people were told in the past, ‘Do not break your promise, but do what you have vowed to the Lord to do.’

^2 (A)When a man makes a vow to give something to the Lord or takes an oath to abstain from something, he must not break his promise, but must do everything that he said he would.
