14 And ye shall eat neither bread nor parched corn, nor [a]green ears until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: this shall be a Law forever in your generations and in all your dwellings.

15 ¶ Ye shall count also to you from the morrow after the [b]Sabbath, even from the day that ye shall bring the sheaf of the shake offering, seven [c]Sabbaths, they shall be complete.

16 Unto the morrow after the seventh Sabbath shall ye number fifty days: then ye shall bring a new meat offering unto the Lord.

15 “‘From the day after the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, count off seven full weeks. 16 Count off fifty days up to the day after the seventh Sabbath,(F) and then present an offering of new grain to the Lord.
