Leviticus 24:16-18
Easy-to-Read Version
16 Anyone who speaks against the name of the Lord must be put to death. All the people must stone him. Any foreigner or anyone born in Israel who uses the Lord’s name in a bad way must be put to death.
17 “And whoever kills another person must be put to death. 18 Whoever kills an animal that belongs to another person must give another animal to take its place.[a]

New International Version
16 anyone who blasphemes(A) the name of the Lord is to be put to death.(B) The entire assembly must stone them. Whether foreigner or native-born, when they blaspheme the Name they are to be put to death.
17 “‘Anyone who takes the life of a human being is to be put to death.(C) 18 Anyone who takes the life of someone’s animal must make restitution(D)—life for life.
