Leviticus 25:14-16
1599 Geneva Bible
14 And when thou sellest ought to thy neighbor, or buyest at thy neighbor’s hand, ye shall [a]not oppress one another.
15 But according to the number of [b]years after the Jubilee, thou shalt buy of thy neighbor: also according to the number of the years of the revenues, he shall sell unto thee.
16 According to the multitude of years, thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt abate the price of it: for the number of [c]fruits doth he sell unto thee.

New International Version
14 “‘If you sell land to any of your own people or buy land from them, do not take advantage of each other.(A) 15 You are to buy from your own people on the basis of the number of years(B) since the Jubilee. And they are to sell to you on the basis of the number of years left for harvesting crops. 16 When the years are many, you are to increase the price, and when the years are few, you are to decrease the price,(C) because what is really being sold to you is the number of crops.
