20 You may ask, ‘What will we eat in the seventh year if we do not plant or bring in our crops?’ 21 I will give you my blessing in the sixth year so that the land will produce enough for three years. 22 You will plant again in the eighth year but live on what the land already produced. You will eat it, even in the ninth year, until the land produces more.

20 You may ask, “What will we eat in the seventh year(A) if we do not plant or harvest our crops?” 21 I will send you such a blessing(B) in the sixth year that the land will yield enough for three years.(C) 22 While you plant during the eighth year, you will eat from the old crop and will continue to eat from it until the harvest of the ninth year comes in.(D)

20 And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:
21 Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.
22 And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.
