Leviticus 25:34-36

34 But the open land around their cities may not be sold; for that is their possession for all time.
35 If any of your kin fall into difficulty and become dependent on you,[a] you shall support them; they shall live with you as though resident aliens. 36 Do not take interest in advance or otherwise make a profit from them, but fear your God; let them live with you.

Leviticus 25:34-36
New International Version
34 But the pastureland belonging to their towns must not be sold; it is their permanent possession.(A)
35 “‘If any of your fellow Israelites become poor(B) and are unable to support themselves among you, help them(C) as you would a foreigner and stranger, so they can continue to live among you. 36 Do not take interest(D) or any profit from them, but fear your God,(E) so that they may continue to live among you.
