33 And I will scatter you among the nations, and I will unsheathe the sword after you; and your land shall be a desolation, and your cities shall be a waste.
34 “Then the land shall enjoy[a] its sabbaths as long as it lies desolate, while you are in your enemies’ land; then the land shall rest, and enjoy[b] its sabbaths. 35 As long as it lies desolate it shall have rest, the rest which it had not in your sabbaths when you dwelt upon it.

33 I will scatter(A) you among the nations(B) and will draw out my sword(C) and pursue you. Your land will be laid waste,(D) and your cities will lie in ruins.(E) 34 Then the land will enjoy its sabbath years all the time that it lies desolate(F) and you are in the country of your enemies;(G) then the land will rest and enjoy its sabbaths. 35 All the time that it lies desolate, the land will have the rest(H) it did not have during the sabbaths you lived in it.
