⁷ “But ^(A)if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the Lord as his compensation for the sin that he has committed two ^(B)turtle-doves or two pigeons,^[a] one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

⁸ And if she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take ^(A)two turtle-doves or two pigeons,^{[a] (B)}one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering. ^(C)And the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.’”

²⁴ and to offer a sacrifice according to what is said in ^(A)the Law of the Lord, ^(B)“a pair of turtle-doves, or two young pigeons”.
