23 Every grain offering of a priest shall be wholly burned; it shall not be eaten.
24 The Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 25 Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying: This is the ritual of the sin offering. The sin offering shall be slaughtered before the Lord at the spot where the burnt offering is slaughtered; it is most holy.

24 The Lord said to Moses, 25 “Say to Aaron and his sons: ‘These are the regulations for the sin offering:(A) The sin offering is to be slaughtered before the Lord(B) in the place(C) the burnt offering is slaughtered; it is most holy.
