The Trespass Offering

5 ‘If a person sins in ^(A)hearing the utterance of an oath, and is a witness, whether he has seen or known of the matter—if he does not tell it, he ^(B)bears ^[a]guilt.

¹⁷ “If a person sins, and commits any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the Lord, ^(A)though he does not know it, yet he is ^(B)guilty and shall bear his ^[a]iniquity.

¹⁹ ‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your ^(A)mother’s sister nor of your ^(B)father’s sister, for that would uncover his near of kin. They shall bear their guilt.

²⁰ If a man lies with his ^(A)uncle’s wife, he has uncovered his uncle’s nakedness. They shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.

⁹ ‘They shall therefore keep ^(A)My ^[a]ordinance, ^(B)lest they bear sin for it and die thereby, if they profane it: I the Lord sanctify them.

¹³ But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, and ceases to keep the Passover, that same person ^(A)shall be cut off from among his people, because he ^(B)did not bring the offering of the Lord at its appointed time; that man shall ^(C)bear his sin.

^22 (A)Hereafter the children of Israel shall not come near the tabernacle of meeting, ^(B)lest they bear sin and die.
