28 But he said, “Even more blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it.”
29 As the crowds were increasing, he began to say, “This generation is an evil generation. It is seeking a sign, but no sign will be given to it except the sign of Jonah. 30 For just as Jonah became a sign to the Ninevites, so also the Son of Man will be to this generation.

29 As the crowds increased, Jesus said, “This is a wicked generation. It asks for a sign,(D) but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.(E) 30 For as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, so also will the Son of Man be to this generation.
