8 And his [a]master praised the unrighteous steward because he had acted shrewdly, for the sons of (A)this age are more shrewd in relation to their own [b]kind than the (B)sons of light. 9 And I say to you, (C)make friends for yourselves from the [c](D)wealth of unrighteousness, so that when it fails, (E)they will [d]take you into the eternal dwellings.
10 “(F)He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much, and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is unrighteous also in much.

8 “The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world(A) are more shrewd(B) in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light.(C) 9 I tell you, use worldly wealth(D) to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.(E)
10 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much,(F) and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
