26 Was it not necessary that the Christ suffer these things and enter into his glory?” 27 And beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he interpreted to them the things concerning himself in all the scriptures. 28 And they drew near to the village where they were going, and he acted as though he was going farther.

26 Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?”(A) 27 And beginning with Moses(B) and all the Prophets,(C) he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself.(D)
28 As they approached the village to which they were going, Jesus continued on as if he were going farther.
