Jesus is Taken up to Heaven(A)
50 Later, he led them out as far as Bethany, lifted up his hands, and blessed them. 51 While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up to heaven.[a] 52 They worshipped him and[b] returned to Jerusalem filled with great joy. 53 They were continually in the Temple, blessing[c] God.[d]

9 After saying this, Jesus[a] was taken up while those who had gathered together[b] were watching, and a cloud took him out of their sight. 10 While he was going and they were gazing up toward heaven, two men in white robes stood right beside them. 11 They asked, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? This same Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you saw him go up into heaven.”

10 They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white(B) stood beside them. 11 “Men of Galilee,”(C) they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back(D) in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
