15 And he taught in their synagogues, and was commended by all.
16 And he went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and as his custom was, went into the synagogue on the Sabbath days, and stood up to read. 17 And there was delivered to him the book of the prophet Isaiah. And when he had opened the scroll, he found the place where it was written:

15 He was teaching in their synagogues,(A) and everyone praised him.
16 He went to Nazareth,(B) where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue,(C) as was his custom. He stood up to read,(D) 17 and the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written:
