¹⁶ Truly, truly, I say to you, ^(A)a servant^[a] is not greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.

²⁰ Remember the word that I said to you: ^(A)‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, ^(B)they will also persecute you. ^(C)If they kept my word, they will also keep yours.

Do Not Grow Weary
