31 who, appearing in [a]glory, were speaking of His [b](A)departure which He was about to fulfill at Jerusalem. 32 Now Peter and his companions (B)had been overcome with sleep, but when they were fully awake, they saw His glory and the two men standing with Him. 33 And it happened that as they were leaving Him, Peter said to Jesus, “(C)Master, it is good for us to be here; (D)let us make three [c]booths: one for You, and one for Moses, and one for Elijah”—(E)not realizing what he was saying.

New International Version
31 They spoke about his departure,[a](A) which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem. 32 Peter and his companions were very sleepy,(B) but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with him. 33 As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him, “Master,(C) it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” (He did not know what he was saying.)
