13 You also say, “What drudgery!” and you snort at it with contempt, says the Lord of Armies. You bring something torn,[a] something lame, something sick, and present it as an offering. Should I be pleased with something like that from your hand? says the Lord.
14 Cursed is the cheater who vows to offer a male animal from his flock, but then he sacrifices a defective animal to the Lord instead. Indeed, I am a great king, says the Lord of Armies, and my name will be feared among the nations.

13 And you say, ‘What a burden!’(A) and you sniff at it contemptuously,(B)” says the Lord Almighty.
“When you bring injured, lame or diseased animals and offer them as sacrifices,(C) should I accept them from your hands?”(D) says the Lord. 14 “Cursed is the cheat who has an acceptable male in his flock and vows to give it, but then sacrifices a blemished animal(E) to the Lord. For I am a great king,(F)” says the Lord Almighty,(G) “and my name is to be feared(H) among the nations.(I)
