Malachi 2:12-14
1599 Geneva Bible
12 The Lord will cut off the man that doeth this: both the master and the servant out of the Tabernacle of Jacob, and him that [a]offereth an offering unto the Lord of hosts.
13 And this have ye done again, and [b]covered the altar of the Lord with tears, with weeping and with mourning: because the offering is no more regarded, neither received acceptably at your hands.
14 Yet ye say, [c]Wherein? Because the Lord hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast transgressed: yet is she thy [d]companion, and the wife of thy [e]covenant.

Malachi 2:12-14
New International Version
12 As for the man who does this, whoever he may be, may the Lord remove(A) him from the tents of Jacob[a](B)—even though he brings an offering(C) to the Lord Almighty.
13 Another thing you do: You flood the Lord’s altar with tears.(D) You weep and wail(E) because he no longer looks with favor(F) on your offerings or accepts them with pleasure from your hands.(G) 14 You ask,(H) “Why?” It is because the Lord is the witness(I) between you and the wife of your youth.(J) You have been unfaithful to her, though she is your partner, the wife of your marriage covenant.(K)
