33 Saying, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of man shall be delivered unto the high Priests, and to the Scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the Gentiles.
34 And they shall mock him, and scourge him, and spit upon him, and kill him: but the third day he shall rise again.
35 ¶ (A)[a]Then James and John the sons of Zebedee came unto him, saying, Master, [b]we would that thou shouldest do for us that we desire.

33 “We are going up to Jerusalem,”(A) he said, “and the Son of Man(B) will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law.(C) They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles, 34 who will mock him and spit on him, flog him(D) and kill him.(E) Three days later(F) he will rise.”(G)
