Mark 11:16-18
New King James Version
16 And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. 17 Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, (A)‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have made it a (B)‘den of thieves.’ ”
18 And (C)the scribes and chief priests heard it and sought how they might destroy Him; for they feared Him, because (D)all the people were astonished at His teaching.

New International Version
16 and would not allow anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts. 17 And as he taught them, he said, “Is it not written: ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations’[a]?(A) But you have made it ‘a den of robbers.’[b]”(B)
18 The chief priests and the teachers of the law heard this and began looking for a way to kill him, for they feared him,(C) because the whole crowd was amazed at his teaching.(D)
