45 When he found out from the centurion, he gave the corpse to Joseph. 46 After he bought some fine linen, he took Him down and wrapped Him in the linen. Then he placed Him in a tomb(A) cut out of the rock, and rolled a stone(B) against the entrance to the tomb. 47 Now(C) Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses were watching where He was placed.

45 When he learned from the centurion(A) that it was so, he gave the body to Joseph. 46 So Joseph bought some linen cloth, took down the body, wrapped it in the linen, and placed it in a tomb cut out of rock. Then he rolled a stone against the entrance of the tomb.(B) 47 Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joseph(C) saw where he was laid.
