13 But when these disciples told what had happened, the others would not believe either.

14 Afterwards, Jesus appeared to his eleven disciples as they were eating. He scolded them because they were too stubborn to believe the ones who had seen him after he had been raised to life. 15 (A) Then he told them:
Go and preach the good news to everyone in the world.

13 These returned and reported it to the rest; but they did not believe them either.
14 Later Jesus appeared to the Eleven as they were eating; he rebuked them for their lack of faith and their stubborn refusal to believe those who had seen him after he had risen.(A)
15 He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.(B)
