The Ascension

¹⁹ Then after speaking to them, the Lord Jesus^(A) was taken up into heaven^(B) and sat down at the right hand^(C) of God.

¹⁷ “Don’t cling to Me,” Jesus told her, “for I have not yet ascended^(A) to the Father.^(B) But go to My brothers^(C) and tell them that I am ascending to My Father^(D) and your Father—to My God^(E) and your God.”

²² Now that He has gone into heaven,^(A) He is at God’s right hand^(B) with angels, authorities, and powers subject to Him.^(C)
