11 And he said to them, “To you has been granted the secret of the kingdom of God, but to those who are outside everything is in parables, 12 so that
‘they may look closely[a] and not perceive,
and they may listen carefully[b] and not understand,
lest they turn and it be forgiven them.’”[c]

13 And he said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? And how will you understand all the parables?

New International Version
11 He told them, “The secret of the kingdom of God(A) has been given to you. But to those on the outside(B) everything is said in parables 12 so that,
“‘they may be ever seeing but never perceiving,
and ever hearing but never understanding;
otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!’[a]”(C)
13 Then Jesus said to them, “Don’t you understand this parable? How then will you understand any parable?
