Mark 7:10-12
New Century Version
10 Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’[a] and ‘Anyone who says cruel things to his father or mother must be put to death.’[b] 11 But you say a person can tell his father or mother, ‘I have something I could use to help you, but it is Corban—a gift to God.’ 12 You no longer let that person use that money for his father or his mother.

10 For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and mother,’[a](A) and, ‘Anyone who curses their father or mother is to be put to death.’[b](B) 11 But you say(C) that if anyone declares that what might have been used to help their father or mother is Corban (that is, devoted to God)— 12 then you no longer let them do anything for their father or mother.
