Good News Translation
33 But Jesus turned around, looked at his disciples, and rebuked Peter. “Get away from me, Satan,” he said. “Your thoughts don't come from God but from human nature!”
34 (A)Then Jesus called the crowd and his disciples to him. “If any of you want to come with me,” he told them, “you must forget yourself, carry your cross, and follow me. 35 (B)For if you want to save your own life, you will lose it; but if you lose your life for me and for the gospel, you will save it.

New International Version
33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!”(A) he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”
The Way of the Cross
34 Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.(B) 35 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it.(C)
