6 And Jesus said to them, “Watch out for and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!” 7 So they were discussing this[a] among themselves, saying, “It is because we did not take bread.” 8 But knowing this,[b] Jesus said, “Why are you discussing among yourselves that you did not take bread,[c] you of little faith?

7 They discussed this among themselves and said, “It is because we didn’t bring any bread.”
8 Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked, “You of little faith,(B) why are you talking among yourselves about having no bread?
