¹¹ And the crowds were saying, “This is ^(A)the prophet Jesus, from ^(B)Nazareth in Galilee.”

^16 (A)And fear gripped them all, and they began ^(B)glorifying God, saying, “A great ^(C)prophet has arisen among us!” and, “God has ^[a]visited His people!”

³⁹ Now when the Pharisee, who had invited Him, saw this, he said to himself, saying, “If this man were ^(A)a prophet He would know who and what sort of person this woman is who is touching Him, that she is a sinner.”

¹⁹ And He said to them, “What things?” And they said to Him, “The things about ^(A)Jesus the Nazarene, who was a mighty ^(B)prophet in deed and word in the sight of God and all the people,

¹⁴ Therefore when the people saw the ^[a]sign which He had done, they were saying, “This is truly the ^(A)Prophet who is to come into the world.”

⁴⁰ Some of the crowd therefore, when they heard these words, were saying, “This truly is ^(A)the Prophet.”

¹⁷ Therefore, they *said to the blind man ^(A)again, “What do you say about Him, since He opened your eyes?” And he said, “He is a ^(B)prophet.”
