^22 (A)Whatever you ask for in prayer with faith, you will receive.”

The Authority of Jesus Questioned.^[a]

²⁴ Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours.^(A)

¹³ And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.^(A)

⁷ If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you.^(A)

¹⁴ And we have this confidence in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.^{(A) 15} And if we know that he hears us in regard to whatever we ask, we know that what we have asked him for is ours.
