Matthew 23:21-23
New King James Version
21 He who swears by the temple, swears by it and by (A)Him who [a]dwells in it. 22 And he who swears by heaven, swears by (B)the throne of God and by Him who sits on it.
23 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! (C)For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and (D)have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.

New International Version
21 And anyone who swears by the temple swears by it and by the one who dwells(A) in it. 22 And anyone who swears by heaven swears by God’s throne and by the one who sits on it.(B)
23 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth(C) of your spices—mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law—justice, mercy and faithfulness.(D) You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former.
