33 Snakes, brood of vipers, how may you escape from the condemnation of [a] Gehenna?
God Will Avenge The Blood of All The Righteous On You. Your House Is Left Desolate
34 “For this reason behold, I am sending-forth prophets and wise ones and scribes[b] to you— some of them you will kill and crucify, and some of them you will whip in your synagogues and persecute from city to city— 35 so that all the righteous blood being shed on the earth[c] may come upon you[d]: from the blood of Abel[e] the righteous one, up to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.

33 “You snakes! You brood of vipers!(A) How will you escape being condemned to hell?(B) 34 Therefore I am sending you prophets and sages and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify;(C) others you will flog in your synagogues(D) and pursue from town to town.(E) 35 And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel(F) to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah,(G) whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.(H)
