²² Unless those days were cut short, no one would^[a] be saved. But those days will be cut short because of the elect.^(A)

³³ Who can bring an accusation against God’s elect?^(A) God is the one who justifies.^(B)

¹⁰ This is why I endure^(A) all things for the elect:^(B) so that they also may obtain salvation, which is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.^(C)
