Matthew 26:38-40

New Matthew Bible

³⁸ Then said Jesus to them, My soul is heavy, even unto death. You stay here, and watch with me.

³⁹ And he went a little apart and fell flat on his face and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.

⁴⁰ And he came back to the disciples and found them asleep, and said to Peter, What, could you not watch with me for one hour?
