9 Then what was spoken through the prophet Jeremiah was fulfilled: They took[a] the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him whose price was set by the Israelites, 10 and they gave[b] them for the potter’s field, as the Lord directed me.[c](A)

9 Then what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled:(A) “They took the thirty pieces of silver, the price set on him by the people of Israel, 10 and they used them to buy the potter’s field, as the Lord commanded me.”[a](B)
