A Girl Restored to Life and a Woman Healed^(A)

^18 (B)While He spoke these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped Him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live.”

²³ and begged Him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come and ^(A)lay Your hands on her, that she may be healed, and she will live.”

^5 (A)Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them.

³² Then ^(A)they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him.

^18 (A)they^[a] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; ^(B)they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
