8 Then the King says to his ministers, The chasunoh is ready, but the invited ones were not worthy.
9 Therefore, go to the intersections of the streets, and, whoever you find, invite as muzmanim (guests) to the chasunoh.
10 And having gone out to the highways, those ministers congregated everyone they found, rah and tov, and the chasunoh was filled with muzmanim (guests).

New International Version
8 “Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding banquet is ready, but those I invited did not deserve to come. 9 So go to the street corners(A) and invite to the banquet anyone you find.’ 10 So the servants went out into the streets and gathered all the people they could find, the bad as well as the good,(B) and the wedding hall was filled with guests.
